This deposit will be applied toward your service total. If no deposit is secured and appointment is not confirmed, we will release the appointment to someone on the waitlist Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service will be charged Same-day cancellations: 50% -100% of the service will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the service will be charged Late Policy: Please notify us if you are running late. Arrivals over 15–20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation If canceled due to lateness, the cancellation fee will apply Deposits: ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits may be applied one time toward a rescheduled appointment within 30 days Communication: ALL appointment changes must be made via text or phone call DMs and emails are not accepted for cancellations We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
